High priority jobs will be planned before <br />proceeding to lower priority jobs. Applicants unable to make firm planning <br />jecisions will be serviced when decisions can be made. Applications not <br />serviced during their first year of sign up will be given an additional 5 <br />points once only. A secondary priority system based on cost per ton of <br />salt reduction will be used when there are more salt plans than funds for <br />contracting. <br />
