Massive Diversion <br />Amount: A CWCB floyvrecommendation of2,25 cfs from October 16 to April IS, and <br />4,S cfs from April 16 to October IS has been made for fish purposes, This is less than <br />the existing CWCB flow of 8,0 cfs year-round because the QP is far upstream from the <br />Arkansas confluence, The existing CWCB instream flow extends from the headwaters <br />to the Arkansas River confluence.
