Effect on <br />existing species i ing those listed as threatened or endangered such as <br />the Colorado River squawfish and humpback chub, are discussed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Operation of the project will reduce peak flows on the Yampa River and increase <br />flows during the remainder of the year. The reduction of peak flows will <br />result in higher flows in late summer and fall and will extend the boating seaso <br /> <br />Plans to mitigate most of the impacts and to develop new recreational facilities <br />enhance fish and wildlife and to protect scenic values and resources are <br />discussed in Exhibit R (Recreation Plan), Exhibit S (Fish and Wildlife Protectio <br />Plan) and Exhibit V (Scenic Natural and Cultural Resources Protection Plan) to <br />the application. <br />
