RIVER PROJECT OK'D - <br />A Wisconsin finn's proposal <br />to build a $59 million project <br />_ to desalinate the Colorado <br />River has gotten an OK from <br />the Colorado River Basin Sa- <br />linity Control Forum. <br />Aqua-Chern Inc. says it can <br />remove 200 tons.of salt a day <br />from theriv~r, which is fed <br />by nearby salty springs.
