Miller, Wm. Bomgardner, <br /> <br />Civallus A. Brett, B. C. Oyler, Addison J. McCune, Albert D. <br /> <br />Mahany, Milton R. Hall, Patrick Sullivan and Charles Hartman. <br /> <br />SEVENTH. The principal office of said company shall be at <br /> <br />Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, and the principal business <br /> <br />of the company shall be carried on in the county of Mesa in said <br /> <br />State. <br /> <br />EIGHTH. <br /> <br />The directors of said company shall have power to <br /> <br />make such prudential bylaws as they may deem proper for the <br /> <br />management of said company, for the carrying on of all kinds of <br /> <br />business, and to appoint and elect such officers and agents as <br /> <br />are necessary for the successful prosecution of said business. <br /> <br />In witness whereof, the said persons aforesaid have hereunto <br /> <br />set their hands and seals this twenty-seventh day of January, <br /> <br />A.D. 1894. <br /> <br />6 <br />
