Any person or persons owning a <br />subsisting water right in The Grand Valley Irrigation <br />Company may have said water as represented by said <br />stock turned out FROM in any of the canals we operate, <br />Mainline, Highline, Independent Ranchmen, an~, Mesa <br />County, PIONEER EXTENSION and KIEFER EXTENSION DITCH. <br /> <br />We also recommend that Article VI, Section 5 of the Bylaws <br /> <br />be amended to include the following additions and deletions: <br /> <br />Section 5. The Board of Directors shall, at the <br />annual stockholders meeting, present an assessment for <br />approval of the stockholders for levy against all of <br />the capital stock of the Company outstanding, in <br />accordance with the restrictions on assessments as <br />provided for in the Articles of Incorporation, to <br />provide revenue for the purposes of paying indebtedness <br />of the Company, the maintenance and operations of its <br />canals al'i~, ditches AND LATERALS for the ensuing year <br /> <br />33 <br />
