ISSUE <br /> <br />Riller operations, consistent with "The Law of the <br />River", that prollide for more effective riller management for <br />both flood control and protection of reservoir storage <br />capacity. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Criteria for Coordinated Long-Range <br />Operation of Colorado River Reservoirs (Operating Criteria), <br />the Secretary of the Interior, in consultation with the Basin <br />states, develops an annual plan of operation for the Colorado <br />River reservoir system which is transmitted, along with any <br />subsequent revisions to the plan, to the Congress and to the <br />Governors of the Basin states.
