A listing of the Task Force membership is <br />provided in Appendix E of this report. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Task Force was chartered and operated under the <br />provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The <br />charter for the Task Force .....as signed by the Secretary of the <br />Interior on January 23, 1987 and filed on February 2, 1987. <br />The charter was reviewed by the Secretary on October 14, 1988 <br />and refiled on October 21, 1988.
