Concurrent days of excess review time resulting from the Government's review of <br />two or more separate submittals or resubmittals will be counted only once in <br />extending the contract completion date. <br /> <br />3. No time extension will be allowed if the Contractor fails to make complete <br />approval submittals in sequence and within time periods specified. <br /> <br />4. Adjustment for Government delay will be made only to the extent that: <br /> <br />a. Government approval was required under the contract, and <br /> <br />b. Requests for approval were properly and timely submitted and were <br />approved. <br /> <br />5. Adjustment will be subject to terms of paragraphs (b) and (c) of the clause <br />"Suspension of Work," however, no such delay shall be deemed to be a <br />"suspension order" as the term is used in that clause. <br /> <br />C. Return of Submittals: <br /> <br />1. One set of submittals required for approval will be returned either approved, not <br />approved, or conditionally approved. <br /> <br />2. Submittals not approved: <br /> <br />, <br />{ <br /> <br />Revise and resubmit for approval. <br /> <br />Show changes and revisions with revision date. <br /> <br />Describe reasons for significant changes in transmittal letter. <br /> <br />Resubmit returned submittals within 30 days after receiving the <br />Government's comments, unless otherwise specified. <br /> <br />e. Requirements for initial submittals apply to resubmittals. <br /> <br />3. Technical Service Center, Bureau of Reclamation, Attn D-8l60, PO Box 25007, <br />Denver CO 80225. <br /> <br />B.
