<br />resources on various areas of the state, including those areas <br />indirectly affected, and shall make continuing recommendations to <br />the department of local affairs concerning those actions deemed <br />reasonably necessary and practicable to assist impacted areas with <br />the problems occasioned by such development, processing or energy <br />conversion. <br />(c) The director of the department of local affairs shall file <br />with the general assembly annually before the first day of February" <br />a detailed accounting of the distribution of funds for the previous <br />year. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Appropriation. (1) There is hereby appropriated <br /> <br /> <br />from the Colorado water conservation board construction fund created <br /> <br /> <br />by section 37-60-121, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as amended, <br /> <br /> <br />effective June 1, 1977, the sum of seven million seven hundred five <br /> <br /> <br />thousand dollars ($7,705,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, <br /> <br />for water conservation projects, to be allocated as follows: <br /> Project Amount <br /> Dove Creek $ 400,000 <br /> Trinchera 400,000 <br /> Hayden 300,000 <br /> Delta 450,000 <br /> Rico 80,000 <br /> Keenesburg 405,000 <br /> Brighton 460,000 <br /> Yamco10 1,000,000 <br /> Winter Park 750,000 <br /> Overland Ditch Co. 850,000 <br /> -4- <br /> <br />2348 <br />
