BY SENATORS Anderson, Kinnie, McConnick, <br />Bishop, Comer, Cooper, Hatcher, Noble, Phelps, Soash, and Wham; <br />also HEPRESENTATIVES YOlU1glund, Brown, Burford, !Iirunan, 'Spano, <br />Cantrell, Dick, Lloyd, Showalter, Waldow, and Zakhem. <br /> <br />CONCERNING 11m COLORAOO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD CONSTRUCTION <br />RJND. <br /> <br />Be it enacted ~ the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. 37-00-106 (1) (0), Colorado Revised Statutes <br />1973, is amended to read: <br /> <br />37-60-106. !\lties of the board. (1) (0) To sell or <br />otherwise dispose of property owned by the board, in the name of <br />the state of Colorado, as a result of expenditures from the <br />Colorado water conservation board construction fund in such <br />maruler as to be n~st advantageous to the state. Proceeds from <br />such sale or disposal shall accrue to the Colorado water <br />conservation board construction fund and shall not revert to the <br />general fund except that any CA.':;II balance in sllch construction <br />fund in excess of ten' million dollars at the close of any fiscal <br />year shall revert to the general fund of the state. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. 37-60-121, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, is <br />amended to read: <br /> <br />37-60-121. Colorado water conservation board construction <br />fund - creation,of - nature of fund- funds for 1nVestl atlons <br />contrl utlons. T ere IS ere y create a m to e own as <br />the Colorado water conservation board construction fund, which <br />shall consist of all moneys which may be appropriated thereto by <br />the general assembly or which may be otherwise made available to <br />it by the general assembly, and sllch charges THAT may become a <br /> <br />CapItal letters indicate new material added to existing statutes; <br />dashes through words indicate deletions from existing statutes and <br />such material not part of act. <br /> <br />24S9 <br /> <br />
