Fowler, Harding, Hatcher, MacManus, <br />Meiklejolm, Noble, Phelps, Schieffelin, Soash, Wham, Woodard, and <br />Wunsch; also REPRESENfATIVES Spano, Brown, Burford, Burns, <br />Shoemaker, Boley, Cantrell, Dick, Hamlin, Hinman, Lloyd, <br />Showal ter, Strahle, Swalm, Waldow, and Youngltmd. <br /> <br />CONCERNING THE DUTIES OF TIm COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD. <br /> <br />Be it enacted ~ the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />SECI'ION 1. 37-60-106 (1) (h), Colorado Revised Statutes <br />1973, is REPEALED AND RrillNACl'ED, WIlli AMENJ1.IENTS, to read: <br /> <br />37-60-106. Duties of the board. (1) (h) To investigate and <br />assist in formulatmg a response to the plans, purposes,' <br />procedures, requirements, laws, proposed laws, or other <br />activities of the federal government and other states which <br />affect or might affect the use or development of the water <br />resources of this state; <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Safety clause.
