With this in mind, the following additional requirements for the WRPM are suggested: <br /> <br />L Code is 100% owned by the State (absolute requirement). <br /> <br />2, Code is well-organized, readily adaptable to software improvements, <br /> <br />3, Code can be understood by future programmers. <br /> <br />4.
