New Facilities <br /> <br />Due to the fact that neither the Denver Water Department nor the Farmers Reser- <br /> <br />voir and Irrigation Company may, in the final"analysis, allow the joint use of their <br /> <br /> <br />facilities by the Coal Creek' Water UsersAssociation.
