At that meeting you requested the status of credits that the Coal Creek communi- ties have outstanding relative to the Coal Creek Project, Our records indicate that these credits amount to approximately $28,000, To update you, I have met with Messrs. R. C, McWhinnie, J, D. Britton and C. R, Gerould of the Denver Water Department, since Denver's South Boulder Diversion Canal may play such an ;'ntegral role in the Coal Creek Project, For your records, have attached hereto one copy of a letter of this date to Mr, Britton, Relative to Mr, Sparks' letter, I have attached a draft proposal for your review, I have split this into two parts, Part I is directly aimed at answering questions pertaining to the Coal Creek Formulation Study which was completed in September, 1974; and Part I I covers those areas which we originally thought would be contained in a 1975 Feasibility Study, I believe that this method will produce . the appropr iateanswers to the quest ions posed by Mr..
