R. C, McWhinnie, J, D. Britton and C. R,
Gerould of the Denver Water Department, since Denver's South Boulder Diversion Canal
may play such an ;'ntegral role in the Coal Creek Project, For your records,
have attached hereto one copy of a letter of this date to Mr, Britton,

Relative to Mr, Sparks' letter, I have attached a draft proposal for your
review, I have split this into two parts, Part I is directly aimed at answering
questions pertaining to the Coal Creek Formulation Study which was completed in
September, 1974; and Part I I covers those areas which we originally thought would be
contained in a 1975 Feasibility Study, I believe that this method will produce
. the appropr iateanswers to the quest ions posed by Mr.. Sparks, At any rate, \ wi sh
to ensure that weat Rocky Mountain Consultants, Incorporated are in full communica-
tion with the Colorado Water Conservation Board,

Again, I would appreciate your comments relative to the attached,

.
