We will continue to use the environmental consultant (in consultation with their eagle <br />expert) that has conducted the monitoring the past two years. The monitoring will be <br />accomplished with 5 to 12 monitoring days around key nesting stages as follows: <br /> <br />Stage Davs <br /> <br />Importance <br /> <br />Territory Occupation 1-2 <br /> <br />Somewhat <br /> <br />Nest Building/refurbishing 1-2 <br /> <br />Egg laying 1-3 <br /> <br />Important (particularly if nesting closer to <br />construction areas) <br />Critical (if no eggs laid, then terminate <br />monitoring) <br />
