The Water Resources Council will be requested <br /> <br />to provide special assistance on evaluation policy, standards and <br /> <br />procedures, matters of program and budget coordination, and other <br /> <br />special problems as they arise. <br /> <br />The Commissioner of Reclamation has established an operational staff <br />in Denver, Colorado, to coordinate field activity, Each Federal <br />sgency with major responsibilities for inputs to the study will be <br />requested to appoint a representative to be stationed in Denver, <br /> <br />work directly with the Reclamation staff team, and coordinate for <br /> <br />his agency all field activities in the overall study. The Departments <br />of Agriculture, Defense, Housing and Urban Development, and the Pederal <br />Power Commission will be requested to provide a full-time coorclinator <br />to work with the Denver staff. Other participating agencias outside <br />Interior will be requested to provide coordination assiatance as <br /> <br />required. The Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Outdoor Recreation, <br /> <br />Bureau of Sports Fisheries and Wildlife, Federal Water Quality Adain- <br />istration, and Office of Saline Water of the Department of the Interior <br />will be requested to provide a full-time coordinator to work with the <br />Denver staff. Participation in the Westwide studies by the Bonneville <br />Power Administration, Bureau of Commercial Pisheries, Bureau of <br />Indian Affairs, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and Geological <br />Survey will be coordinated through the regional offices of the Bureau <br />of Reclamation, The States, river baa in commissions, and the Water <br /> <br />Resources Council will be requested to appoint representatives to work <br /> <br />7 <br />
