The USBR_Methods Manual uses the quantity gallons/ <br />head/day (gphpd) to measure the:C~p-~)use, Cattle are estimated at 10 gphpd, sheep <br />at 2 gphpd. and hogs at 3gphpd. We should change this value to a unit that is more easily <br />translated to a consumptive use value.
