THE BIOLOGY <br />COMMITTEE WILL MEET AS FREQUENTLY AS NECESSARY, BUT AT <br />LEAST ANNUALLY, TO EVALUATE RESEARCH ACTIVITIES, <br />MANAGEMENT ACTIONS, AND RECOVERY STRATEGIES TO REFINE <br />AND IMPROVE THE PROGRAM FOR THE ENDANGERED FISH <br />SPECIES OF THE SAN JUAN RIVER BASIN <br /> <br />5.7.1 . Develop and implement a long-term standardized monitoring <br />program to identify changes in the endangered and other native <br />fish species populations, status, distributions, and habitat <br />conditions (Milestone). <br /> <br />5.7.2.
