They are draft <br />at this stage, but the intent is for them to help with setting the <br />tone and depth for the public involvement process. <br /> <br />Prior to going to the public with these sideboards and Principles <br />during the public meeting phase of the process, we felt that it is <br />essential to get the internal understanding and agreement that will <br />allow us to approach the public with one voice.
