. wd: The water district number read from the corresponding row in the format file.

. sid: The ID read from the corresponding row in the format file.

. rd_only_flag: The read-only flag read from the corresponding row in the
format file.

. row_type: The type afrow, as outlined below in Water Information Sheet For-
mat Files.

formula: The formula read from the corresponding row in the format file.

. name: The character string displayed on the Water Information Sheet identifying
the row. This string comes from different sources depending on the type of row.
Rows of type formula and string are titled by an argument in the format file. Struct
and flowgage rows are titled from components of the SPWRMS in-memory graph.
SpOlcheck rows are titled by the contents of the database table spotchecks. Subto-
tal and total rows have fixed titles identical to the types of these rows.

. nat_flow: A calculated value (total_flow - rtd_flow) indicating the
natural flow past the point of interest on the river.

. rtd_f low: An indication of colored water passing the point of interest on the
river.

. sub_supplies:

. total_flow: The total observed flow at the point of interest.

. direct_priori ty: A value indicating the amount of water being diverted to
direct priority use through a structure.

. storage-priority:

. disperse_flag: A flag indicating that the distribute function was used to
allocate water under priority use.

. disperse_flag_copy: A copy of disperse_flag held while a user
edits values.

. dry _r i ver : A flag indicating that the river is dry at the point of interest repre-
sented by this row.

. dry _r i ver_copy: A copy of the above flag held while a user edits values.
