A sheet from a previous day was read in as the default set of values. <br /> <br />. dirty: A flag indicating the edit status of the sheet. This flag is set to I when <br />the sheet has been edited and has not been saved. <br /> <br />. rd_only _f lag: A flag indicating whether the user is accessing the sheet on a <br />read-only basis. If the user does not have write permission for the district, this flag <br />is set to 1. <br /> <br />. dOWTI_s trearn_wd: The water district directly downstream the current district. <br />This number is used with dowTI_strearn_sid to determine the downstream <br />call for the district. <br /> <br />. dOWTI_s trearn_s i d: The state structure ID of the modeled diversion structure <br />immediately downstream from the current district. This ID is used with <br />down_s trearn_wd to determine the downstream call for the district. <br /> <br />. show_column: A string of eighteen Y or N characters used to control what col- <br />umns are displayed on the PC application. Each character corresponds to a column <br />on the Water Information Sheet and indicates whether the column is displayed or <br />not. <br /> <br />. wd: The water district number of the current sheet. <br /> <br />. date: The date of the current sheet. <br /> <br />28 <br />
