In late October <br /> <br />1980, the Colorado Water Congress called a meeting of some 40 potentially <br /> <br /> <br />interested entities and individuals to discuss a winter weather modification <br /> <br /> <br />research and demonstration program bill. The group met several times during the <br /> <br />fall. The result, House Bill 1357, was introduced by Representative Walt <br /> <br /> <br />Younglund (R), New Raymer, in the first regular session of the Fifty Third <br /> <br /> <br />General Assembly. <br /> <br />21 <br />
