Note it is understood there are currently two approaches to operating <br />the river; one based on real time stream flow measurements and another based on natural flow <br />calculations. One or more calculation sequences will be recommended for implementation. <br />· Communication between the spreadsheets. <br />· The manner in which information will be transferred between spreadsheets, <br />· Methods for water users to access information. <br />· Links to the Administration tool being developed under the RTi contract. <br /> <br />3.2.Draft Conceptual Design Incorporate State comments into a Draft Conceptual Design <br />Memorandum. Distribute to members of the Colorado River Surface Water Accounting Team <br />(SWAT). <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />I. Preliminary Conceptual Design Memorandum <br />2, Draft Conceptual Design Memorandum <br /> <br />Task 4 - Draft Conceptual Design Review, Coordination and Final Conceptual Design <br /> <br />Responsibility: Boyle <br /> <br />Objective: Solicit and include water user review and comments on the Draft Conceptual Design <br />into a Final Conceptual Design. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />4.I.Draft Conceptual Design Review Conduct one (I) half day workshop with SWAT members. <br />The workshop will occur approximately two weeks after the draft conceptual design has been <br />distributed to Team members, At the workshop, the Draft Conceptual Design will be presented <br />and reviewed, SWAT comments and suggestions will be solicited and documented in a <br />memorandum. <br /> <br />4.2.Coordination Meetings Prepare for and conduct individual coordination meetings with key <br />Division 5 water users. The purpose of these meetings will be to identify specific concerns and <br />issues, and to facilitate integration of water user project accounting sheets into the Division 5 <br />Worksheet. Specific considerations or issues associated with these individual users will be <br />identified and documented in meeting minutes. It is anticipated that eight (8) 2-4 hour Ip.eetings <br />will occur with the following agencies: I. USBR, 2. Northern Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District, 3. Colorado Water Conservation Board, 4. Colorado River Water Conservation District, <br />5. Denver Water Board, 6. Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District, 7. Grand Valley <br />Water Users and 8. Colorado Springs <br /> <br />4.3.0ther Coordination Contacts Other key water users (such as Clinton Reservoir Company, <br />Shoshone Power Plant etc.) will be contacted via telephone and documented in order to facilitate <br />input regarding the system design, and to determine special requirements of individual water <br />users.
