,
- Eisenhower (Straight Creek) Tunnel
16 Division 5 Imoorts
- Redlands Canal
- Stillwater Diversion
- Leon Creek Diversion
- Clear Fork Diversion
- Owens Creek Diversion
17-20 Unknown Undefined
(I) The list presented is preliminary. One of the consultants task is to define the number and content of each Division
5 Worksheet
. Develop or obtain from water users new project Backup Sheets not currently included in
the existing CRA Spreadsheet such as Wolford Mountain Reservoir, Clinton Gulch, 15
Mile Reach Summary. If an existing Backup Sheet does not exist, develop a standard
format which is expected to be implemented and maintained by a water user. For
budgeting purposes, no more than live (5) new project backup sheets are anticipated.
. Update appropriate Backup Sheets or incorporate water right and operational data
associated with Green Mountain's 1st fill, 2nd fill, bypasses, power call, reservoir
accounts, and Historic User Pool rule curves; Dillon 2nd fill; and Reudi 2nd f111 and
reservoir accounts into a new Colorado River Administration Sheet.
. Whenever possible, replace selected components of the CRA Spreadsheet with
spreadsheets currently or expected to be maintained in the future by outside water users.
. Coordinate with the USBR to develop Backup Worksheets that include those parts of the
existing CRA Spreadsheet that will continue to be provided by the USBR in the future.
. Assist the Division 5 otlice to develop the Green Mountain Beneficiary Sheet based on
the Historic User Pool rule curves.
. Assist the Division 5 otlice to develop the Transmountain Diversion Sheet and the
Import Sheet.
. Assist the Division 5 otlice to develop an annual legislative report. This report might
include a water budget, water diversion / consumption summary, and/or data similar to
the annual Division 5 water diversion summaries by use report.
-
. Develop and recommend to water users with existing spreadsheets a standard Backup
Sheet format. Existing water user spreadsheets are expected to require minimal revision
by the Consultant. Recommendations by the Consultant which are expected to be
implemented by Water Users are expected to emphasize consistency (e.g. same number
of header cards, columns are days, rows are data items, etc.) and simplify
communication between spreadsheets and the Administration Tool being developed
under the RTi contract (e,g. or locate common data on the right hand side or provide
common data in a separate formatted file).
C: \ w\crdss\scope\boy I I I b\crdss3 .doc 07 6 ~30/97 - Page 10
