In the Conference Repo:t on that Act (Report #1361, l <br />House of Representatives. 90th Congress, 2nd Session), it is stated ~ <br />that, when the water supplies and require~ents of the ~estern United <br />States are det<2.ro.ined (as was done in Int~rior' s "';.:est....ide Study Repor <br />dated April 1973), che Secretary of the Interior should then proceed <br />with investigations to dete~ne th~ most economical means of au%mer.t~ <br />the water supply of the Colorado River. <br /> <br />Since January 1976, the ~orth. American Interstate I.'eather ~!Odificationl.. <br />Couhcil has held t....o planning sessions on the Colo-rado Riv~r Weather . <br />Modification Demonstracion Project in cooperation with the D:.'Iis10n of <br />At '..-:Jsphe ri.c Wa:er Resourcce ~~a.::.1.ge::cnt, Surea:.:. of R~cla.::.a:i::m. t:.
