<br />There is indication of support for a USBR Colorado River Weather
<br />Modification Demonstration Program. Action must be taken by the
<br />Colorado River Basin States for a Congressional write-in in this
<br />session of the 95th Congress. Other~ise, no planning will be
<br />conducted by CSBR in 1977-78.

<br />viduals attending the NAI~lCICODEPT planning session in Denver on
<br />23 February, 1977. Also, I have enclosed the NAIWMC Position
<br />Statement i7-l. Please use the contents of each, as you de~m

<br />hearings this month.
