Objectives <br /> <br />. To refme, implement, and populate the database design from Phase I for storing <br />phy~ica1 characteristics of basin features with the data types identified for Year 1 <br />(anticipated data types and database population requirement~ arc shown in <br />Tables 1.07.1 and 1.07-2). Physical characteristics database requirements are <br />discusse<l in Teclmical Memorandum 1.07-1. <br /> <br />. To populate the physical characteristics database' with data for the CRDSS <br />prototype. Tile physical charlll;teristics database will be populated, at the <br />minlmmn, for the Gunnlson River basin. <br /> <br />2. ASlilumntion,q <br /> <br />. The CRDSS database designed in Phase I will be implemented during Phase IIa <br />and will be operational to allow population based on the population schedule <br />snown in Table 1.07-2. <br /> <br />. Development work In Year 1 will focus on the Gunnison River basin. This wUl <br />allow for the determination of the extent and quality of data available for each <br />type of data required. <br /> <br />. The data required for this task are available in the public domain, <br /> <br />. The State will have perlonned QAlQC On data provided for CROSS, <br /> <br />. Model DMIs will be developed as paIt of modeling Tasks t.11 through 1. U. <br /> <br />3. Prete(Jtlis.ite~ <br /> <br />. Model selection and corresponding data requirements will have been delineated <br />in Tasks Lll through 1.15. <br /> <br />.
