Document the modifications made to the Baseline scenario. <br /> <br />Note: No changes are anticipated to be made to the "historic" run in which the reservoirs were <br />operated with historic volume targets. <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br />2b.l Modify the "baseline" model's input data (in the base model data directories on cando)to <br />reflect the agreed on operating rules (from subtask 2a). It is anticipated that modifications <br />to the statemod progrant would not be necessary and that changes would only be made to the <br />"baseline" scenario input data for the model. Rerun the baseline scenario. <br />2b.2 Prepare a subtask 2b documentation memo that summarizes the methodology, assumptions <br />and results. The results of these changes will be summarized at a downstream streamgage <br />
