<br />002J38 <br /> <br />Durango Pumping Plant Stage I <br /> <br />Amendment 001 <br /> <br />(2) When progress payments totaling 5 percent of the total original contract amount <br />have been made by the Government for all other work accomplished under the contract, <br />the Government shall pay the Contractor 40 percent of the mobilization and preparatory <br />work contract line item amount. <br /> <br />(4) When progress payments totaling 10 percent ofthe total original contract amount <br />have been made by the Government for all other work accomplished under the contract, <br />the balance ofthe amount for the mobilization and preparatory work contract line item <br />shall be paid to the contractor. <br /> <br />6. SECURITY (MAR 03) <br /> <br />(a) Classification. Due to the nature and significance of this acquisition, the security <br />classification is deemed to be SENSITIVE. A working definition of SENSITIVE follows: <br /> <br />Information and data used by Reclamation employees, partners, and customers for <br />daily operational and administrative purposes. Its unauthorized, inadvertent, or <br />deliberate disclosure, alteration, use, or destruction could affect Reclamation's ability <br />to perform agency functions (including safeguarding the public) impede daily <br />business activities, and/or effect employee productivity. <br /> <br />(b) Material. The term material includes any text, data, drawings, and significant records <br />(on paper, electronic, or any other media) that may fall under the SENSITIVE category. <br /> <br />(c) Application. This clause applies to the prime contractor, plus subcontractors or suppliers <br />of any tier; and also to Governmentpersonnel with access to this acquisition. The term <br />offeror includes any or all of the contractors, subcontractors or suppliers. The Contracting <br />Officer's Representative shall be the Government's contact for the administration and <br />handling of acquisition material. Government personnel with access to this acquisition, shall <br />follow the same procedures and have no less than the same responsibilities of offerors as <br />described in this clause. <br /> <br />(d) Responsibility. Offerors and Government personnel are responsible for safeguarding <br />material pertaining to this acquisition while it is in their possession or control. Government <br />personnel shall limit distribution of material to parties (both offerors and other Government <br />personnel) with a NEED TO KNOW. Offerors shall limit distribution of material to <br />subcontractors and suppliers to the extent of their NEED TO KNOW. If acquisition material <br />is distributed, the following data items must be documented and recorded prior to releasing <br />the material: <br /> <br />I, Name of business <br />2.
