To edit calls on the river, push the Edit Calls <br />bUllon 10 bring up the Edit Calls dialog. This dialog is also available <br />from Ihe main menu under Edit/Calls. <br /> <br />5.3.7 Exchanges in Place <br /> <br />The Exchanges in Place field displays a list of all exchanges as <br />listed in Ihe current Waler Information Sheet. To edit exchanges, use <br />the Exchange dialog. To view a list of all exchanges in place within <br />the South Plalle Basin, use Query/Exchanges <br /> <br />5.3.8 Comments <br /> <br />The Comment field althe bOllom of the WIS should be used for gen- <br />eral comments pertaining to the Waler Information Sheel as a whole. <br />Comments specific to a Sll1lcture on Ihe sheet should be entered in Ihe <br />Comments column for that structure. <br /> <br />. S.4 Checksheet <br /> <br />This dialog allows the user to track the monthly accounting of the mainstem <br />reservoir releases. <br /> <br />5.4.1 Loading a Checksheet <br /> <br />From the main menu bar, seleclthe Edit/Checksheet menu item. <br />The date of the loaded Checksheet is based on the ending dale of the <br />time interval specified in the Preferences dialog. To load a Check- <br />sheet from a different day than one currently displayed on your <br />screen, fill in the Checksheet Date field althe lOp of the dialog, <br />click the Clear bUllon at the bollom of the Checksheet dialog 10 <br />erase the current Checksheet data, then click the Load button to read <br />the new data from the SPWRMS database. This action will produce a <br />similar effecl as changing the ending dale on the Preferences dialog <br />and selecling Edit / Checksheet. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />7/31/94 <br />
