Wilhin this cascading menu are twelve options: one for each <br />SPWRMS water districl and one for the Mainstem. The mainstem of <br />the South Platte River is defined as being everything downstream <br />from Amero Reservoir. <br /> <br />Loading <br /> <br />The date of the loaded WIS is based on the ending date of the time <br />interval specified in Ihe Preferences dialog. To load a Water Informa- <br />tion Sheet from a differem day than one currenlly displayed on your <br />screen, click the Clear bUllon althe bottom of the WIS dialog to <br />erase the current data, specify the Date of the new WIS to be viewed, <br />and click the Load bUllon to read the new data from the SPWRMS <br />database. This action will produce a similar effect as changing the <br />ending dale on the Preferences dialog and selecting Edit / Water <br />Information Sheet. <br /> <br />Archiving <br /> <br />In order for the changes you make 10 a Waler Information Sheet to be <br />pennanenlly recorded in the central SPWRMS database, you mUSl <br />explicilly archive them. To archive changes, click the Commit but- <br />ton within the Waler Infonnation Sheet dialog. <br /> <br />Each time that a Water Information Sheet is commilled to the data- <br />base, any previously saved WIS for that day is overwrillen. You may <br />commit more that one WlS per day, but any previously commilled <br />changes for that day will be 10s1. <br /> <br />Closing the Dialog <br /> <br />To close the Water Information Sheet dialog, click the Close button. <br />Close only closes the dialog, and does not automatically archive the <br />WIS. SGI-SPWRMS will warn you if you close the WlS dialog with- <br />out committing 10 the database. <br /> <br />The Layout <br /> <br />The top ponion of the Water Information Sheel contains five general <br />types of columns. These include a Structure Name column, River <br />Flow columns, Diversion columns, Storage columns, and a Com- <br />ment column. All WIS data represent values in cubic feet per second <br />(cfs) except those in the Storage columns which represenl acre feet <br />(at). <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />7/31/94 <br />
