<br />../ <br /> <br />The first Backup Worksheet, the Colorado River Administration Worksheet, mayor may not be <br />required based on the final design of the Summary Sheet. Currently, it is expected to report real- <br />time water right administration calculations performed by the Division Engineer including the river <br />can, transit losses and time-of-travel. <br /> <br />Other Backup Sheets are expected to contain detailed information associated with individual <br />structures (e.g. Green Mountain), projects (e.g. Fryingpan Arkansas), or groups of water users (e.g. <br />Transmountain Diversions). Many, but not an, of the Backup sheets are expected to be provided by <br />water users (e.g. Green Mountain Reservoir Operations, Wolford Mountain Reservoir, Dillon <br />Roberts Tunnel Operations). Other Backup Sheets are expected to be developed through this <br />contract and ultimately maintained by Division 5 personnel (e.g. West Slope Green Mountain <br />Beneficiaries, Transmountain Diversions, etc.). <br /> <br />Data contained in the Division 5 Worksheet is expected to be shared between the Summary Sheet <br />and Backup Sheets (e.g. the Green Mountain Reservoir Backup Sheet may provide data to the <br />Summary Sheet). In addition one or more Backup Sheets may use information from another <br />Backup Sheet (e.g. the Transmountain Diversion Sheet may include transmountain data from the <br />Dillon and Robert's Tunnel Operations Sheet). <br /> <br />This contract it expected to develop a series of stand-alone Excel spreadsheets operating as a work <br />book independent of the CRDSS Water Administration Tool. After the details associated with the <br />Division 5 Worksheet are developed, implemented and understood by SWAT Team members, the <br />worksheets developed in this contract will be integrated into the CRDSS Water Right <br />Administration Tool like any other special project.
