Said pond is situated in the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 25, Township
6 South, Eange 79 West of the 6th Principal t~eridian, Sunnnit County, Colomdo.
The dam creating the retaining pop.d is eight (8) :feet high and the depth
of the water of said pond to the bottom of the outlet is seven (7) feet. The
headgate of Ten-Mile Ditch is locnted at 0. point in Guller Guloh whence
the Enst quarter section corner of Section 30, Township 6 South, E~~e 78 West
of the 6th Principnl Meridinn, Sunnnit County, Colorndo, bears South eighty-
eight degrees, three minutes (880 03 r) East n distnnce of ten thousond, one
hundred nnd five (10,105) feet. Said ditch empties into Willow Gulch nt a
point whence the westerly end of the West Ten-Mile Eetnining Pond benrs North
seventy-seven degrees, ten minutes (770 10') Enst, eleven hundred nnd
sixty-eight (1168) feet distant. Water is cnrried in Willow Gulch from the
point \lhere snid ditch enters same, to the said retaining pond. The genernl
course of said ditch and of said Willow Gulch is Northenst; the depth of
said ditch nt high-wnter line as now constructed is one (I) foot; the width
of snid ditch at high-water line is three nnd five-tenths (3.5) feet; the
bottom width of said ditch is one and five-tenths (1.5) feet; the grade of
said ditch is two (2) feet per one thousand (1,000) feet; the length of said
ditch is seven hundred and fifteen (715) feet; the carrying capncity of said
ditch is one and seventy-three hundredths (1.73) cubic feet of 'linter per
second of time.

4. Idlewild Eanger Station Yard Ditch: five tenths (.5) cubic foot;

of water per second of time from Cooper Creek, a tributary of the Fraser Eivoor,

which is a tributary of the Colorado River"with a priority date of May 22,

1916, for irrigation of approximately one and one-half (1 1/2) acres of land

used for a lnwn and garden at the Idlewild Ranger Station situated in the

Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE-l/4 sW-l/4) of Sectiollr 3, ~ the

Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter (NE-l/4 NW-I/4) of Section 10, all

in Township 2 South, Range 75 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Grand County,

Colorado. The headgate of said ditch is located in the right bank of
