WRC provides consulting engineering services in various <br />disciplines related to the field of water resources management. Managed over <br />one hundred water resources projects serving clients from both the public and <br />private sector. <br /> <br /> <br />Mana er and Pro'ect En ineer, Engineering Consultants, Inc., Denver, <br />Colorado, 1973-1976. Duties as Senior Water Resources Engineer, Project <br />Engineer, and Project Manager included responsible direction and coordina- <br />tion of all Eel's work in the United States. Acted as Project Planner and <br />Project Engineer for the design of Blunn Reservoir Dam, a municipal water <br />supply facility for the City of Arvada, Colorado. In the area of urban <br />drainage and flood control; coordinated, directed and managed various studies <br />for the Cities of Northglenn, Crested Butte, Gunnison and Aurora; Counties of <br />Arapahoe, Adams and Gunnison; and the Colorado Water Conservation Board. For <br />Colorado Department of Health, developed ECI's input for a water quality <br />management plan for the South Platte River basin in Colorado. Duties also <br />included participation in the direction of hydrologic and project planning <br />studies for several water resources projects under study by ECl in Indonesia, <br />Burma and the Philippines. Assisted in the development of special computer <br />programs for a systems approach to solve urban drainage, flood routing, water <br />supply and water quality problems. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />City Enqineer, City of Greenwood Village., Colorado. (1972-1973). Responsibili- <br />ies included supervision, direction and management of municipal engineering work <br />related to various tasks including water supply, sewerage, transportation, parks <br />and recreation, traffic, roads and others.
