He has served as project engineer for the Little Dry Creek and <br />Direct Flow Area 0054 storm drainage masterplanning projects and has designed <br />various storm sewer and other storm drainage facilities. His experience has <br />familiarized him with the many different phases of the masterplanning process <br />which includes the following: <br /> <br />....J <br /> <br />- hydrologic analysis using EPA Storm water Management Model <br />(SWMM), Colorado Urban Hydrograph Procedure (CUHP) and <br />MITCAT catchment simulation programs <br /> <br />- hydraulic analysis and floodplain generation using the Army Corps <br />of Engineers HEC-2 backwater computer program <br /> <br />- alternative plan formulation <br /> <br />"~I <br /> <br />- economic evaluation of projects. <br />
