W.:tltcr <br />Oep1.l(Y Director <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />David Getches <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Bill McDonald <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />September 28, 1983 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Summaries of Activities Concerning CRSP <br />Power Revenue Discussions <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />In order to provide you with an overview of the steps Which <br />have been taken with regard to the discussion and analysis of <br />CRSP power revenue issues, this memo summarizes in chronological <br />order the various meetings and activities Which I have undertaken <br />in recent weeks, This memo supplements the materials in the blue <br />three ring binder Which Chips has provided to you, Which briefing <br />book was current through June 22nd. <br /> <br />Meetings with Arizona <br /> <br />At the June 26 meeting Which Chips Barry and I had with <br />George- Britton- and Wes- Steiner,-we---agreeduto-get- back to-them----------- <br />with specific suggestions on studies Which we might want the <br />Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) to make concerning <br />adjustments in CRSP power rates. It had been agreed that we <br />would not ask WAPA to perfonn any studies until we had checked <br />first with Steiner and Britton for their comments. <br /> <br />In this regard, Steiner and I had intended to meet during <br />the last week in July at the quarterly meeting of the Western <br />States Water Council.
