<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Water Rights Located UDstrelUll of WSA <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Water Rights Located Within WSA <br /> <br />United States, .020 cfs, 1882 priority. The BLM holds an appropriative <br />streamflow right through the entire WSA for livestock watering, wildlife <br />watering, recreation, and fire suppression purposes. The Colorado Supreme Court <br />decreed these rights to the United States in 1978 as part of a comprehensive <br />adjudication of the United States' reserved and appropriative water rights. <br /> <br />Cooper Lake - T43N R5W Sec. 18, SE SE; 0.8 acre feet, 1926 priority. The BLM <br />holds a right for livestock watering and human consumption purposes. <br /> <br />Water Rights Located DaomstrelUll of WSA <br /> <br />None (to confluence with Lake Fork of the Gunnison) <br /> <br />State of Colorado InstrelUJl Flow and lfin.iJJIwJI Lake Level Rights vit;JJin WSA <br /> <br />Headwaters to confluence with the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River, 2.0 cfs, 1980 <br />priority. <br /> <br />Cooper Lake - T43N R5W, Sec. 18, SE SE; 210 acre feet; 1977 adjudication. <br /> <br />Land Status Within and UpstrelUll of WSA <br /> <br />Three privately-owned parcels are located along the creek within the WSA. The BLM <br />manages the remainder of the land within the watershed <br /> <br />. Silver Creek <br /> <br />Hydrologic Characteristics <br /> <br />Silver Creek is a perennial stream.
