Larson Creek <br /> <br />Hydrologic Characteristics <br /> <br />Larson Creek is characterized by high spring and early summer flows from <br />snowmelt, with very low flows from September through April. The stream is not <br />gauged or measured regularly, so BLM staff have constructed a synthetic <br />hydrograph of the creek using the methodology outlined in an appendix to this <br />report (see attached figure). <br /> <br />Water Rights Located UDstrelUll of WSA <br /> <br />Baker Ditch - T44N R4W, Sec. 15, SE NE; 1.3 cfs; 1928 adjudication; irrigation <br />use. <br /> <br />Baker Ditch First Enlargement - T44N R4W, Sec. 15, SE NE; 1960 adjudication; <br />1.2 efa; irrigation use. <br />0.5 efa; irrigation use. <br />0.5 cfs; fishery use. <br />5.0 cfs; commercial use. <br />0.3 cfs; domestic use. <br /> <br />Baker Reservoirs #1, #2, #3, #4 - T44N R4W, Sec. 15, SE SE; 14.7 acre feet total <br />storage capacity; 1960 adjudication; irrigation, fishery, domestic, and livestock <br />uses. <br /> <br />All the water rights above are located immediately upstream of the WSA boundary. <br />Water Rights Located Within WSA <br /> <br />United States, 0.02 cfs, 1882 priority. The BLM holds an appropriative streamflow <br />right through the entire WSA for livestock watering, wildlife watering, <br />recreation, and fire suppression purposes.
