Five Springs Draw <br /> <br />Five Springs Draw is an ephemeral stream, flowing only in response to storm <br />events. The only water rights within this system are on Chew Winter Camp Spring, <br />T7N R102W, Sec. 25, SW NE, located within the WSA. A private party holds a right <br />for 0.033 cfs for livestock watering and the BLM holds a right for 0.002 cfs for <br />livestock and domestic use. <br /> <br />All lands in this watershed are managed by BLM or National Park Service. <br /> <br />57 <br />
