Exchanges and transfers of water rights occasionally occur <br />on this stream system. <br /> <br />Water Right Priorities - The most senior right in this stream system is <br />Troublesome Ditch, located downstream from the WSA. Approximately 250 cfs of <br />downstream rights are senior to Matheson Reservoir, which is located upstream of <br />the WSA. This stream system is typically administered from May 15 to the end of <br />the irrigation system because demand exceeds supply. <br /> <br />Oiversions - According to the Division of Water Resources, Matheson Reservoir <br />typically releases 30 to 35 cfs after spring storage is complete. Diversions <br />from Pickering Ditch affect only a very short stream reach within the WSA, since <br />the ditch is located close to the WSA border. <br /> <br />Land Status Wit;JJin and UpstrelUll of WSA <br /> <br />Private lands are <br />Reservoir.
