The only water rights of record in this stream system are two BLM <br />springs with a total flow of 0.01 cfs, for livestock and wildlife uses. <br />Privately owned parcels are located upstream of the WSA in the Lone Mountain and <br />Birch Spring vicinities. There are no private parcels within the WSA. <br /> <br />. Skull Creek <br /> <br />Hydrologic Characteristics <br /> <br />Skull Creek is an intermittent stream within the WSA, flowing at least 30 days <br />per year.
