Twin Wash <br /> <br />The only water rights of record within or upstream of the WSA are four BLM <br />springs with a total flow of 0.008 cfs, used for livestock and wildlife watering <br />purposes. There are no other water rights located downstream to the confluence <br />with Dripping Rock Creek. There are no privately-owned parcels within or <br />upstream of the WSA. <br /> <br />. Willow Creek <br /> <br />Bydro~ogic Characteristics <br /> <br />Willow Creek is a perennial stream.
