If there are portions of the annual work plan Or report that need clarification. the documents shall be returned to the Biology Committee for elarification prior to March 15 before final approval and distribution beyond the Coordination Committee. The Biology Committee shall also prepare an annual budget to earry out work under this Implementation Program and submit it to the Coordination Committee for review and approval. If the budget cannot be funded at the requested level. the Biology Committee will revise the work plan to fit the available funding and re-submit the plan for diatribution. Recommendations from the Biology Committee on feasible and neeessary recovery activities beyond the scope of the annual work plan will be provided to the Coordination Committee for approval and implementation.
