The Silt Pu:nping Plant pumps <br />\,,'atcr for the Colorado River to supplement the Rifle Creek supply during <br />periods of lowfbw. Water from the reservoir is also released to the Davie <br />Ditch for irrigation of lands on Davie Mesa above Rifle.
