The Tomichi Creek area <br />would store surplus flows of Tomich! Creek for-relc~se to the Crookeon Canal <br />and existing ditches for irrigation purposes. Exchange water replaced by Elko <br />~~servoir releases would be made available by transfer to lands above project <br />facilities. The exlsting Taylor Park Reservoir would be operated for fish <br />and wildlife and food control. Storage releases would be made to the river <br />for later diversion to the Paragon Canal for irrigation and through the <br />Paragon Canal to the Gunnison munic ipsl and domestic Pipeline for conveyance. . . <br />of l:lunicipal and domestic water to the town of Gunnison. Cement Creek Reser- <br />oir would develop flows of Cement Creek for irrigation and municipal and <br />domestic uses assocl.3ted with anticipated growth in the area.
