Due to the lack of data

available at the present time this second level specification is

presented as an example here.

NED components which were identified in the second level specification are:

(1) outdoor recreation uses

(a) kayaking, canoeing, rafting

(b) fishing and hunting

(c) hiking, climbing, and walking for pleasure

(d) camping

(e) sightseeing and photography

I

(2) increased or more efficient power production

(3) increased or more efficient fishing

Several componec1ts of NED were eliminated in the second level specificatioCl:

(1) increased or more efficient production of agricultural
products was eliminated because:

(a) most land in the corridor with cropland capability is

currently being cropped.
