No such export:ltion project in the <br /> <br /> <br />State of Colorado is mentioned in the ::eport. :.erhaps this results from <br /> <br /> <br />the fact that Colorado exportation projects a,s located in an area out- <br /> <br /> <br />side of the jurisdiction of Region 4 which preparE,., t:1e i~eport. It is <br /> <br /> <br />suggested that there should be full and complete cooperation between <br />Region 4 and Region 7 to determine what, if any, Colorado exportation pro- <br />jects should be approved as participating projects. <br />To conclude these general observations Colorado says that the develop- <br />ment in the Upper Division States must, so far as is possible, move forward <br />on an even basis. This should be possible because the plan contains a <br /> <br /> <br />desirable flaxibility which "rill permit the states, the Department of the <br /> <br /> <br />Interior, and the Congress to consider from time to time the addition of <br /> <br /> <br />'."orthy units and participating projects. <br /> <br /> <br />The Applicable Lan <br /> <br /> <br />:Iith reference to particular matters Colorado agrees that the project <br /> <br /> <br />should be constructed by the Bureau of Reclaoation.
