Dear Ross:

Enclosed you will find the deliverables contemplated under Task 1 of our Scope of
Services for documentation of the Gunnisun Basin Planning Model. The deliverabks include a
Data Dictionary document, an Operations Code Overview document, tlowcharts showing the
overall model solution procedure and the sequence of calls to specitic procedures, and a
diskette containing copies of model input mes and Gunnison-specific computer codes.

In the interest of saving trees, I have provided the lengthy tiles and code listings in
ekctronic rather than paper ((mn. All these files are ASCI!, though several are compressed
into a ,ZIP tile. The compressed tile can be decompressed using the enclosed PKUNZIP. EXE
shareware.

I suspect that we have consumed the budget for Task I, but I won't know tClr sure until
Tuesday or Wednesday next week when I get my drat( invoices. Our September invoice
should give you a pretty clear picture of where we stand budget-wise,
