Pres- <br />ident Ni,.,;m's Vietnamization program, <br />up to this point, has worked. There will <br />be serre rough spots in the future. The enemy will continue to try to grab <br />for headlines here in the U. S. by, possibly, overrunning a srrall village <br />or blCMing up a OOilding in da.m.to..m. Saigon, roping that the .American <br />people will lose their patience. In further efforts to discredit Vietnam- <br />izatian, another major enemy offensive is expected sanetime this Spring <br />or Fall, surrounding either the South Vietnamese House axrl Senate elections <br />in April or the U.S. Congressiooal elections in November.
